To open an account with jbdbet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jbdbet enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request a government-issued identification document at any point.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must provide a valid and functioning mobile number or email address that you own and control.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and kept up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or have an active exclusion order placed on your account by jbdbet or by any regulatory mechanism applicable to you.
• You must not be acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or operating an account.

jbdbet reserves the absolute right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or close an account at its sole discretion without providing a reason, subject to any applicable obligations to return legitimate funds.

All financial transactions on the jbdbet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard where applicable. jbdbet may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your jbdbet account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within approximately two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to identity verification, anti-fraud screening, and bonus wagering completion where applicable.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your jbdbet account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. jbdbet cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating financial crimes.
• Currency conversion: jbdbet does not charge currency conversion fees. All balances, bets, and payouts are settled in BDT. If your payment provider applies a conversion, that is solely between you and your provider.
• Refused transactions: jbdbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in breach of these Terms.

jbdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified individually for each promotion and are published on the relevant promotion page.
• jbdbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to accounts where wagering has commenced in good faith.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to arbitrage bonus conditions — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus balances and may result in account suspension.
• jbdbet's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All sports bets placed on jbdbet, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available markets, are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted only from registered, verified, and funded accounts.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jbdbet may void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, or suspected match manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. jbdbet does not guarantee the availability of any specific market at any specific time.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the relevant governing body, jbdbet will apply the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market type, which are published in the help section.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may be adjusted without prior notice.

Casino games, slots, live dealer tables, and crash games available through jbdbet are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. The following rules apply:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical cards and wheels operated by trained dealers under live camera supervision.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are disclosed by the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during a round, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. jbdbet is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
• jbdbet reserves the right to restrict access to specific games for players in certain regions or under certain account conditions.
• Wins resulting from a demonstrated software error or exploit will be voided regardless of the account balance displayed at the time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jbdbet Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by jbdbet.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or being aware of any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of any sporting event on which you hold a bet.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or compromise the Platform's software, infrastructure, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jbdbet staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, even via VPN or other circumvention tools.

jbdbet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement.
• jbdbet employs SSL encryption across all pages and payment flows to protect data in transit.
• jbdbet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by jbdbet, subject to any legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• jbdbet may share data with payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention partners as strictly necessary to deliver the Platform services.

Either you or jbdbet may close an account at any time, subject to the conditions below:

• Voluntary closure by player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.
• Closure by jbdbet: jbdbet may suspend or permanently close your account without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if fraudulent activity is suspected, if you are found to be under 21 years of age, or if continued operation of your account is deemed to pose a regulatory or reputational risk.
• Self-exclusion: Players who self-exclude via the responsible gaming tools will have their accounts restricted for the chosen exclusion period. Attempts to re-register during an active exclusion period will be detected and declined.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jbdbet will attempt to notify you before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy terms are detailed in the FAQ.
